Ja’Scotta has extensive experience in field organizing and voter protection efforts in the region, most recently serving as Director of Voter Protection for the Democratic Party of Virginia. A graduate of Virginia State University, Ja’Scotta is leading efforts in engaging the Petersburg community, mobilizing community support and driving voter turnout.
